In the interest of hygiene, fancy dress is none returnable. If you received a defective item, we will exchange/ replace within 7 days from the delivery date. We will responsible for the shipping cost from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost. Mail us immediately once you find the products have a problem, we will offer you a return number to send the items back, the item will not be checked / repaired without the return number . We currently use UPS as our shipping company. Please ensure someone will be at the designated delivery address to accept the consignment. If the address to be delivered to is an office or work address please ensure this is clearly identified on the first line of the delivery address given to us. The cut off time for next day delivery is 2.45pm. Next day delivery applies to orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2.45pm. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the monday for the following day
