We currently use Royal Mail & FEDEX as our shipping companies. Please ensure someone will be at the designated delivery address to accept the consignment. If the address to be delivered to is an office or work address please ensure this is clearly identified on the first line of the delivery address given to us. The cut off time for next day delivery is 2:45pm. Next day delivery applies to orders placed Monday - Thursday before 2:45pm. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery the following day.

For next day FEDEX, outlying areas may take an additional day for delivery. Orders to be delivered to the Islands or remote areas will cost around £16.99 for delivery. Customer orders received for areas not covered by FEDEX's mainstream next day delivery will be notified and advised of any additional costs before despatch of order.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving your order. All goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition, unworn and in their original undamaged or un-marked packaging. On receipt of your email requesting to return goods customer care will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use this number on all correspondence regarding the return of your goods, along with your name, address and original order number and include it with your return so we can process your return promptly. All goods must be returned in perfect saleable condition, unworn and in their original undamaged or un-marked packaging. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, some items are non returnable. For example: Hosiery, underwear, Wigs etc. Please check at time of your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number request.

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
